New Colby Recipe

I just posted my Colby recipe in the recipe section. Since I don’t check there too often, I thought maybe no one else did either - hence this heads up.

The recipe is the result of many attempts to produce a “perfect” cheese. I like my cheese moist, with a solid texture, and terrific flavor. This recipe consistently achieves my goal. Hope you enjoy it.

I'll check it out! I just jumped into the cheese making world so I can't offer any expert advice on your recipe, though.
