Hey everybody, I've been lurking on the site for quite a long time now, learning all I can about my newest hobby. Felt it was time to sign up myself and maybe give a little back to the site that's helped me so much as of now. So far I have 5 completed brews, one back in my younger days that didnt turn out so well,and 4 just recently which were literally brewed in a closet. I've been getting better each brew (mostly from what I have read on here) and since I'm now back home I have the ability to brew in a more temp controlled basement. Ive got plenty on the go right now, I've got a couple temp controllers on order and already modified my Costco Danby fridge so that I will be able to use it as a ferment chamber as well as a kegerator once I get my conversion kit. Looking around for a big freezer to take the place of the mini fridge as a ferment chamber. Anyway, enough of my rant, good to finally be a member!
