Just picked up this obsession about 2 months ago. Currently on batch 5 (an american hefeweizen). Brewing BIAB 2.5 gal batches, as I'm the only beer drinker in my house.

Welcome to the obsession, and HBT, from Minnesota!

I do a few 2.5 gal BIAB batches on the stove in winter, mainly because it's too cold to do regular brews in the garage.
