Hi all

You can call me Baccus. I recently started brewing and found advice on here really helpful. I brew in 1 gallon batches in my kitchen and tinker around a lot with the recipes.

So far, I have made 4 batches of different kinds of beers, learned how to malt store bought barley, and had one bottle explode on me during carbonation (using sugar) due to lack of pressure control.

Every step of the way, the posts in this community were really helpful. Looking forward to sticking around.

Welcome from north Florida and north Alabama. Careful, this homebrew rabbit hole is a slippery slope of no return.

I am already slipping. I find myself daydreaming about recipes and planning brew days. Hopefully, I'll get better at it.
