Sours is my favorite style and I have a harder time finding a good variety in the MW. I know that you use wild yeast strains and lacto bacteria but is it a lot easier to screw up. I feel like theres as much info on this style any help or tips would be greatly appreciated. Or just the title of a good book on the subject
