New Brewer from the Lower Hudson Valley

Hey everybody, just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a long time lurker first time poster who found this forum by doing Google searches. I recently bought a 20 quart stock pot to try biab.

I'm also a former Marine. I served from 2002 to 2012. I am currently a correction officer on Rikers Island. I also have a YouTube channel where I review and taste craft beer I haven't had before.

Yeah that's pretty much all I can think of for now. Hope to see you guys in the forms and posts. Thanks!
