Hello all I am a new brewer in Las Vegas, NV. I started brewing in December and have 3 extract mini mash recipes under my belt. I made the switch to all grain about 3 months ago, and have my 3rd batch just about ready for secondary in a few days. I have been lurking the site for some time, and have found a lot of great tips and advice.
