My wife and i are moving at the end of the month to a house with a semi-attached shed. In my infinite wisdom i realize that no home is complete with out a brewery.:mug:
however i have concerens with brewing inside. If i get some good cross venitilation going (fan at the door and a gap between the roof and walls) should i be ok to brew in there? I plan on installing a CO moniter.

Thanks for abiding a dumb question.

Steer clear of propane. Use natural gas or electric for indoor.

While propane could be used (some use in basement breweries with overhead hoods and a CO monitor), i wouldnt risk it.

I would get a Natural gas line run from the house or go electric.
