Good morning folks, I'm sure many of you are mashing in bout now. I wish it were me, but work duty calls.

I tried searching, but came up empty. I've got a cpl beers I would like to try. Is there a time and tested clone of these guys floating around anywhere?

Samuel Adams Cold Snap

and

New Belgium Spring Blonde

Thanks much, & Happy brewing today.

I would also like to find some info one this beer. The NB website has a little info. The description says "Brewed with pale and Munich malts".
But the beerfacts section mention no Munich malt:
ABV 6.0%
IBU 48
YEAST Hybrid ale yeast
CALORIES 183
HOPS Nugget
MALTS Pale, C-80

Unless they count Munich as "Pale".

I also find it interesting that they mention a "Hybrid ale yeast". I would have thought it used something like WY3522 Belgian Ardennes had I not noticed this. The beer is described as a "Belgian style" beer after all.
