New beginnings

Hey all. It's been a while. Last year, the wife and I started talking about buying a new house, so I paused any brewing while getting our house ready for sale.
All of a sudden, a field office of my company needed a new deputy director. Turns out, I got the job which moved us from Fairbanks, AK to Anchorage. So new job, new house, new city, although we're very familiar with Anchorage.
It's been over a year since my last brew day, but due to round two with Covid, I got a little time off, so I'm making the most of it.

I spent summers there in the 80's and early 90's. Southern part near Turnagain arm. All these years later I can still remember what the inside of the Bird House bar looked like. I wasn't drinking age at the time but that image is burned in.
