I would like your opinion on an APA I am looking to cook tomorrow Sunday:
The Idea is something tropical/fruity with the wine/grape character of the nelson sauvin.
OG 1.050, FG: 1.011, 40 IBU
Malts: 90% 2Row, 6% carapils, 4% carahell.
Hops:
8g warrior 60 min (13.5 IBU)
14g galaxy 20 min (14 IBU)
14g nelson 10 min (6.6 IBU)
14g galaxy and 14g nelson hopstand at 80C for 15 minutes (6.3 IBU)
56g nelson 28g galaxy 3 day dry hop, lallemand kveik voss yeast.
The ibu is considering 78% efficiency as I live in Mexico City and water boils at 92C instead of 100C (7300ft over sea lvl)
Never used nelson nor galaxy before, so I am kinda going blind here just with the experience of previous brews. Looking forward your comments.
