I'm going to be testing a Honey Ale recipe, but I'm trying to figure out which yeast to use.

Recipe:

- 6# Gold LME
- 4oz Honey Malt
- 8oz Cara-pils
- 1oz Cascade (@60)
- 0.5oz Centennial (@15)
- 1# Honey (@ flame out)

I'm thinking Wyeast 1056 American Ale... ?

I like wyeast products and have used the one you name. US-05 is also a good general purpose ale yeast.
