Ok so here's the deal. I have an IRS in the secondary and a blue moon clone in the primary. I'm going to pick up more ingredients this weekend. I have no idea what i want this time. I want something completely different. I have Edwort's Apfelwein on deck but that's going in a different carboy all together. Does anyone have any suggestions?

What about an American Pale Ale? That's one of my favorite styles, and I keep it on hand at all times! Think Sierra Nevada Pale Ale- a somewhat malty beer with lots of cascade flavor.

hmm, that sounds good. I like a good malty beer but i also like Cascades.... that could work....
