Well, it must be late for me cause for some reason my ABV is SUPER LOW; I have the grains I want, just need to tweak, or need another base grain, so input is greatly needed!!!

How is your OG so low? That would explain yourow abv. Is 1.6oz of chocolate wheat malt worth it?

No idea why the OG is so low; I double checked the potential yield for the grains and all was correct

I want to bump the chocolate wheat malt to at least .25lbs (4 oz)....

I figured each hop brought a little different character to the table; one for bittering, one is dual, and one adds some aroma and all English hops; plus I am a hophead and can't get enough of any hop!

And that recipe looks great! May have to give that a go as well! Can never have enough beer in stock and on hand! :mug:

yeah, the OG seems way off as wel, for a 3.5 gallon batch and almost 12lbs of grain, that should spike to over 1060 (it's early, i know it's around there though haha)

just put it all in tastys beer site.
should be coming out to around 1.070ishOG with a 3.5 gallon batch.
