My wife and I started homebrewing earlier this year with me doing beer and her doing the wine. Since then, two of my daughters, my son and a son in law have joined the brew crew and some amazingly good batches have been enjoyed. Not surprisingly, we all enjoy a wide variety of craft beer as well in many styles.
My wife, on the other hand, has yet to do a batch. The reason is that she is very picky about what she likes and does not like. First, no bubbles, period. Second, she likes a sweet wine. Commercial preferences have been Barefoot Moscato and the Robertson Natural Sweet White and Natural Sweet Red.
Any suggestions on kits or other ways to produce something similar or to 'clone ' these. I may be able to get you a killer Double IPA ot Imperial Stout but have no clue in the wine world.
Thanks,
