Need Pumpkin Spiced Ale Recipe

Hey everyone, just looking for a tried and true extract w/ steeping grains Pumpkin spiced ale recipe. My girlfriends mom wants it for October/November. Looking for something like 1060 and less than 25 SRM and that doesn't involve cooking a pumpkin (more interested in the spices like nutmeg clove cinnamon etc). 5.5 gal batch size.
