Need input: What color to paint stand

Building a new stand and thinking of painting it a dark candy apple red. Think it would look great with the shiny new kettles. This will be electric so no worries on heat.

I have to vote for pink too, either that or a lovely purple/magenta are my planned paint colours for the stand I have yet to build.

+1 on Gloss Black with metal flake. You can't beat black in contrast to polished stainless steel.

Never thought of the black metal flake. I like that option.
