Need help with gas fired 3 barrel system

Hello new to the site , not new to brewing, but also no pro as you will see. So I have inherited a 3 barrel system gas fired stout and kettle system un jacketed. People with money make me laugh anyways never used, except the bright tank been letting the local Guys use it for carbing small batch/blends ect.

List of equipment
Mash ton
Kettle
Hot liquor tank
Fermenter
Bright tank
Hop back
Condensation stack
3/4 horsepower floor pump

My question is basicly anyone out that's had a hand on this size system(or smaller) have any equipment brand preferences such as burners , heat exchanger, glychol system ,and anything else I can't think of.

For example I would want to buy a expandable heat exchanger for possible expansion on future. I'm trying to buy things once instead of having to take out more loans ect.

3 barrel system is already larger than home brewing.
