Right now cant find the right combination of hops and trying to brew this one tomorrow. These are the hops I have on hand and have a lot of them and wont be afraid to use a crap load of them especially the simcoe, centennial.

Simcoe
Centennial
Cascade
Amarillo
Perle
Willamette
Citra

So help me out guys and ladies, because I need it asap thank you.

wow. Pretty much every one of my fav hops...very cool...I made an All Perle Red ale that was pretty awesome, but with that selection....bitter with centenial, flavor with perle and finish with simcoe ?

whats your grain bill? ...

Simcoe/Amarillo/Citra throughout would get my vote. My favorite so far has been Columbus/Simcoe/Amarillo, but the beer I did with Citra was fantastic.

IMHO I would also bitter with centennial, but flavor with citra, then the nose would be amarillo and DH w/cascade

Simcoe and Amarillo in the boil (equal blend for each addition) then a blend of Simcoe, Amarillo and Citra for the dry hop.

I'm tinkering with an IIPA grain bill - here's where I am now...

16 lbs Maris Otter
2 lb Munich
1 lb 10L
0.5 lb Carapils
0.25 lb Honey Malt
1 lb Dextrose

Here is my latest house IPA. I have made two 10 gal batch this summer and it's been on tap the whole time. Plenty of hop flavor and aroma! The dry hopping really just takes it to the next level on this one.

It's not a double IPA but something you might be able to play with to make it into what you are looking for.

*** You could replace the Chinook with your Perle. I think this would turn out to be a great brew!***

Cheers
