I woke up this morning to see that my Velvet Rooster extract kit had a blowout.

I have it in a 6 gallon glass carboy.
temp is at 68-70 degrees.
I cleaned the bess up and carefully cleaned aroud the top of the carboy and placed a blowoff tube in place of the bubbler.

Will this be ok or has the beer been infected and a waste to go any further?

I used Wyeast 3787 (Belgium High Gravity yeast) with a large
Starter.

In most cases you will be fine and shouldn't worry. With vigorous fermentation occurring most bad things either can't get into your beer because of expelling co2 or can't live in the environment.

Yeah you're probably fine. I went for a whole day with the air lock blown off and the lid of my bucket half open before I found it. The batch was fine.
