So, I am trying to replicate the NZ IPA that Larmo22 from Brewtoad created. I have watched the following video from Tony Yates and still have questions.

I have used the following grain bill and have all ingredients

I am still not sure all the steps. Can someone please help me put this together so I can brew this? Things like strike temp, mash out temp, water volumes, etc...
