Hello, today I racked from primary to keg. I wanted to try my beer so I chilled the keg and then force carbed @25 psi for 5 mins (rolling around so co2 absorbs faster). The beer tasted great but it definitely needs more time there was no off flavors or a yeasty taste. But tasted kind of bland (green) After I drank a few I put.20 psi of co2 in the keg then disconnected and put the keg in the fridge. My question is will my beer mature/condition and balance out in the refrigerator or will I need to move the keg to room temperature and if I have to move it to room temperature will this affect my beer going from chilled to warm?

it will condition cold...just not as quickly. moving from chilled to warm won't hurt the beer...just don't do it excessively.
