Need Advice on Refractometer Purchase

I am in the market for a refractometer. There seem to be many options so it's difficult to figure out which ones are the accurate ones, ease of use, value for money, etc.

Then again, they may be all the same regardless of manufacturer/vendor. I know thermometer adjustment is a feature but don't know about other features available.

I appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!
