I've brewed lots of beers (Mostly Betty Crockers) in the past but it's been years. I'd like to try my hand at some mead, maybe even sparkling mead.Looking to do a 5 gal honey only batch with a high alcohol content.
I've got free source of fresh Texas honey. Friends a bee keeper and will supply the honey needed. Don't really care about a long aging process, quick and dirty.
What would you folks advise.
