I was shopping for new dress shoes today when I ran across these



I had no clue that these existed. Are they an important piece of brewing equipment? Will they effect my beer like a good pair of bowling shoes will have to your bowling game? Are these that one missing piece of equipment that will take me from amature hobbyist to professional grade brewer?
