I split my Belgian Golden Strong from the secondary into 12 750ml bottles and put the rest (about 2.5 gallons i'm guessing) in to my corny keg. I added 4.5 oz of priming sugar and 1 gram of champagne yeast in to the bottling bucket and filled the bottles then the keg, topping the keg off with co2 then turned off the co2. From my final gravity reading, i'm fairly certain that there aren't a ton of residual sugars left so i'm not terribly concerned about bottle bombs.
Soon after I finished this i realized i am getting married next sunday and then going on a 5 day honeymoon out of town. how should i set the co2 levels for the 5 days i'm out of town? Any tips?
