Desktop fan, 8 bucks, from Wally world in 5" pipe from lowes blowing through 1" steel grating raised 1" off of the floor for circulation.

2x8 pine collar inside of 2x10 oak.

Set on four casters and custom built wood frame all hidden by 4.5 inch oak with step down door stops to keep it in place when not moving it around.

Just don't ask the cost. I've been afraid to add it up.
