my plan for the night

here is my plan.

1 gal of cider
1 gal of cider with passion tea bags in the primary
1 gal of cider with bangle spice bags in the primary
1/2 gallon of half apple juice and half blueberry juice (just to see what happens)

Sounds like you should have quite a selection of nice, simple slightly sweet brews. Post some pics when you're getting it together or its done.

ok I guess my link did not work, but things are going fast! I made it all last night and when I woke up, all 4 were fermenting vigorously! I use dry yeast and did not hydrate it.

update- I secondaryed my cider today. It measured at .9999 with my hydrometer! I guess all I have to do now it wait for it to clear. I tasted the ones with tea and they were pretty good. The passion tea gave it a very dry flavor. The bangle spice would be amazing at christmas!
