Just a simple pump up hand sprayer from Lowes. I removed the original spray nozzle and added this liquid out post. My other post wouldn't thread on at all without forcing. This one threaded on about 1-2 threads on its own. I then used a deep well socket to "guide" it the rest of the way (cut new threads). The thing I like most about this is it is small, economical and you need zero CO2 to clean your lines. Just add you cleaner of choice, agitate, hand pump, connect your beer line, open the tap. You can also use for sanitizer of course. The only draw back I see is that as soon as you connect the QD, it's active but this is solved by insuring your tap is closed when you connect it.

I apologize that I forgot to snap a photo of the unit before I removed the original spray tip.

Edit: had to relink pictures.

Very nice...compact to! Have you used it yet and will it push through 6' of line with decent flow? A couple of pumps or a chore to empty the 1.5L? Thanks for the info!

Sorry I never saw this! It works really well. I pump it to pressure before or after hookup doesn't matter with this setup, then run some cleaner into and thru the tap. Shut the tap down and let it sit for 15 minutes then run some more cleaner thru it to flush that. I will then maybe let it sit again for 5-10 minutes and check to see if any more yellow or tannish liquid comes out. Once the line runs clear after it sits for a bit, I'm done. Once I clean all of the lines and taps this way, I rinse the sprayer with clean water and then add sanitizer. I run that thru and let it sit for a minute or two contact time. I don't think you have to but I do anyway. I then hook the keg up and run about a half a pint of beer thru the lines to purge the Starsan.

Did this one from the diy section. Same pump and connection. I push it thru 10 feet of tap line with no problem. Great setup.

Broke down my pump for lubing with some keg lube. The pump action was getting a little sticky so i took it apart and lubed the orings/seals. Didn't realize it would need cleaning. Good to know now. Cleaned and lubed and all good as new now!

Not sure why it was dirty like that inside. It looks beer colored but beer never back flowed into it. Maybe some lube from the factory. I cleaned it non the less and replaced it with keg lube.
