The big collar is so I can force carb that fifth keg, although I'm seriously considering putting the apfelwein on the single source and running beer from the four gang manifold. That would require another Perlick. Oh yeah...

I think it's the GE 7.0. When I first looked at it I thought I was going to be severely limited in capacity. Now that the build is finished I see that I can fit in what I need.

$50 at a local garage sale for the freezer unit. Standard issue Ranco controller in the back.

My neighbors love me.
 
Been out of town at a conference for close to a week. Got home and poured a pint of my very own and although I had some excellent beer in San Diego, that last pint just now was the best in a week.
