Looks like you have some solid skills! How exactly did you score the foam board before you broke it? I don’t have a table saw, and my last go at 2” board left me with some pretty sloppy edges.

Thanks, man! The foam board I bought was already scored at 8" or so, which was about exactly what I needed. Table saw makes clean up easy! I have used a razor blade to score smaller pieces.
