This is my idea of a Sunday aft. Another batch into storage for conditioning! Time to sit back and have a homebrew and admire the work...
I'm excited to try this as it's my first batch using Nottingham Ale Yeast. Its just a straight up mash /extract gold ale. My goal was an easy drinking lighter ale as opposed to the heavy wrecking Red Bear Ale I just popped.
I cold crashed this for 24hrs at 0C. It made a big difference in the clarity of the beer and the solidity of the yeast cake.
