I couldn't wait anymore, and chilled one. It came out nice and carbonated, hoppy and crisp. It could mellow a bit, but is as good as anything storebought. I am gonna call this one a success!

Yours looks nicely carbonated which is not too common at 1 week. Mine always take 3 weeks to be fully conditioned.

I remember on my first batch i literally messed up the first step of the instructions (pour 2.5 gal of water into the brew kettle). I went in assuming i needed 5 gallons to make a batch of beer!
