This is a one-gallon batch. Loosely based on the famous EdWort apfelwein recipe.
Recipe:
SG was somewhere between 1.064 and 1.066.
Really excited to see how this turns out... from everything I've heard I'll have to wait several months, though. Seems like it will be a nice thing to have in the fall/winter.

- 3 quarts apple juice (Santa Cruz Organic brand, 100% juice with ascorbic acid)
- 1 quart black cherry juice (RW Knudsen brand, 100% juice)
- 0.4 pounds dextrose
- one packet Lalvin EC-1118
- 1/2 tsp yeast energizer
