I cobbled this together from a couple different things I like, ie. Dragon's Milk and Goose Island Bourbon County Stout.

13lbs 2Row
3lbs Munich
1lb Roasted Barley
1lb Crystal 60
1lb Crystal 120
.5lb Chocolate Malt
.5lb Debittered Black

1oz Columbus 60min
1oz Centennial 45min
1oz Willamette 15min

54 SRM
60 IBU

Irish Moss - probly not necessary - black as night!

Mashed at 152 with 6.2gal (batch sparged) - was going to be 60mins, ended up being 90. Collected 8+ gallons - boiled 90mins +(2gal on stove pot to reduce to 1gal)

Used Safale U05 - yeast cake from just finished batch of Amber.

OG: 1.090 ... should have been 1.100 with 75% eff.
(65%??? low eff. - not sure how to get higher with sooo much grain)
FG: est. 1.023

Still 9.5% ABV -- should have been 10%+ if better eff.
calories : don't ask... but it is a meal.

I would like to secondary with couple vanilla beans and 4oz of bourbon soaked oak chips.

Looks good, be prepared for a blowoff. I personally would have shot for many more finishing hops and a few more IBU, but that is my own tastes.
