My first hard~ish cider. Your thoughts?

This is my first real attempt at a hard cider and I would like to get your thoughts on it.

This will be for one gallon so if I mess it up its only 1 gallon:

1 Cup wildflower honey
1 can applejuice concentrate
enough Organic natural apple juice to top up to 1 gallon
1tsp Acid Blend

standard nutrient addition will be used

R-2 or K1v-1116 yeast

What do you guys think?

I think you're well on your way to cider!

One note - i'm thinking the honey in the primary isn't going to lend a lot to the taste of the final product. I did a honey batch, the only thing it did for me was boost the abv of the cider. Now, backsweetening with honey was very nice :)

I'd go with an ale yeast, you'll get more flavour with ale yeast in a cider than with a wine yeast.
Regards, GF.
