i really need a wort chiller, had to put it in the fridge to get it down to the right temp. mash tun worked perfect held temp good. It is alot more work than cans, hopefully it will be worth it. already looking to make another all grain. started at 10:30 done around 1am. it looked really gross, it was all green must have been the hops i added. would like to know how to sparge?? i dumped water at 170 in the tun and let it sit for 30 min is this the right way???
