With two babies to take care of, SWMBO has established a rule, that I'm not allowed to brew beer until everyone is in bed.
In my house everyone is generally in bed by 8:00, so that's generally my starting point. I only extract brew (because of said time restraints) and I've been slowly perfecting my brew day process so as to cut the time required. One of my problems was that my brew equipment needed for brew day was spread out in various places around my house, so I decided to build this cart. The point of it is simply to have everything I need on brew day in one cart that I can wheel out from my garage. I believe it has taken a good 20-30 minutes off of brew day setup.
Also, I'm an LSU fan. This cart makes me happy. (I recently made an LSU kegerator as well which I will also post on another thread)
