Yesterday I set aside the whole day for beer. Woke up early, and bottled my Hefewiezen. Washed and sanitized my carboy, then racked my English Brown ale into it. That Brown Ale looks great!. Washed and sanitized my Ale pail. Brewed an Irish Stout, and added raspberries after the boil, let them sit 10 min before rapid chilling and straining them out with the hops. Then felt frisky, went to HBS and bought another carboy and made another Apfelwien.

Recap-
Have 10 gal of Apfelwien fermenting, one is 2 wks old
5 gal English Brown Ale
5 gal of Raz Stout
2 cases of Hefewiezen bottled

And nothing ready to DRINK!!!! I will never be dry again!
 
You have no choice but to buy beer from the store till your beers and cidars are ready. After that, I would like to be your best friend.
