Just received the kit and it is a little ambiguous about adding hops. It came with 1 oz cascade for bittering 60 minute boil and 1 oz cascade for aroma last 2 minutes of boil. Some people cut the bittering in half but I'm not sure I want to do that. Only exception would be what a late LME boil would do to bittering. I'm considering a late boil (25% at beginning and the rest at 15 minutes left) to lighten the color but read that would increase bittering. I guess I'm looking for suggestions on what would be best.
