Can any Aussie brewers help me out here, we have a new bottle shop in town and they stock 2 of the Murray's Brewing Co. range, the 2 they stock are the Belgian Sassy Blond and Nirvana Pale Ale, both beers have a sediment in them so i'm assuming they are unfiltered and this will be usable yeast, has any one out there cultured up one of these yeasts and have they :tank:sucessfully brewed with it.
I'm not that struck with the Sassy Blond but the Nirvana Pale Ale surpasses Little Creatures in my opinion, so any help here would be appreciated before I go to the trouble of culturing up the yeasts only to find that it is merely sediment not yeast like Cooper's ales.:mug:
