Munich Dunkel critique

I'm brewing up a Munich Dunkel. It will be slightly hoppier then style guideline

7lb Munich
4.5 German Pils
.25 Chocolate Malt
.25 German Carafa
2oz acidulated Malt

1 oz Mittelfruh 60
1 oz Mittelfruh 30
1 oz Mittelfruh 15

Wyeast 2308

1.056 OG
38 IBU
25 SRM

Should I substitute crystal for the Carafa?

This style is all about the munich malt, use a high quality munich malt, and you can mix in some dark munich II, if you wish. The carafa is for color adjustment. Chocolate malt isnt traditional as far as I know, I personally dont like dunkels with crystal malt, you may differ, I think they are supposed to be more poundable in a liter mug, than say, a bock.
