Just whipped up a small batch of something I might call multi-graf:
1.5L organic 90% apple / 10% pear juice
~1L multifruit juice (mostly apple/orange with like 15% of tropical fruit
but hey it's something)
~1L beer wort boiled for maybe 15 minutes, with a few pellets of Pilgrim hops @ start and flameout
A bit of honey
A few leaves of sage and a very small pinch of star anise
A tiny pinch of yeast nutrient

We'll see how it turns out.
