Recently I haven't been able to make my own wine (lost the space that I was using and don't know when I'll have anywhere else in the near future). While perusing online videos I saw a few videos about mulled wine (obviously from store bought wines).
My question is can I take that mulled wine recipe, make larger batches and then rebottle? Will that effect the taste? Will it go bad, or like regular wine will it get better over time? And is there anything I should take into consideration?
