I am a fairly new brewer with 3 batches under my belt. I had a good pipeline started and then we decided to put our house on the market and find a new house. I have to be out of my house in a week and won't move into the new house for 3 weeks. Since we started packing stuff up, I have been enjoying some homebrews in the process every night and am now running low on the home brew. What can I do to pass the time until I can get to brewing again? I think I will try out some craft breweries since I will be living the bachelor lifestyle again as my wife and child will be living with my in-laws and I will be in an extended stay hotel. Too far for me to commute to my job from my in-laws. Also what style gives the fastest turnaround so I can brew when we move in and enjoy it the quickest? I know time is key but looking for something easy and fast to start the pipeline back up.

Hefe's have a fast turnaround. I definitely think exploring some craft brews and breweries is a good way to spend your time and you can call it research!

start drawing up the plans for your next few batches!

i hate having a dry pipeline :( it's bad on the storehouse of full bottles...
