I've got a few pounds of pellets (thanks, HopsDirect!!) in vacuum-sealed bags in my kitchen freezer. After a trip to Costco yesterday, we wound up with a lot of food to store in the freezer, and I took out some of the hops. My question is, will my pellets experience any noticeable decline going from a freezer to the empty space in my kegerator (not on a temperature controller, generally in the mid to high 40s)?

Hops will degrade faster at warmer temperatures. The difference between 0 F and 45 F can be significant according to articles I have read. I would suggest eating the frozen food at a faster rate and get those hops back in cold storage or drink more beer.
