Moving caboy during fermentation

Just double checking, but gently moving a carboy during fermentation won't actually cause any harm to the fermentation process will it?

No. I've had to move mine from time to time- to the basement if it was too warm, upstairs if it was too cold. I move them around inside my house if the laundry room is too cool. Just don't aerate them- keep the airlock on when you move and it'll be ok.

lol yea yooper thats precisely why i moved mine. we're getting some cold weather and i didn't want it to drop too low and it just crossed my mind.

thanks for the help guys.
