After commuting between Missouri and Texas for the past year and a half, I have finally officially moved to Texas. I have all of my stuff moved in and we are mostly unpacked. Hopefully I will be able to brew a batch of wheat ale in the next week or 2. Haven't had the oppurtunity to brew much in the past year and a half so I am definetley looking forward to getting back into it full on. I do have a batch of apfelwein and honey-grape mead that have been in secondary since September. Hopefully they survived the move okay.
