The biggest challenge I can think of, and one I have not been able to accomplish, is brewing a batch where I don't make or buy any new equipment 
Last time it was buying a larger immersion chiller to chill my 10gal batches faster, and this time it was building a stir plate. It seems never ending, so I have challenged myself to brew my next batch with the equipment I have on hand, buying just ingredients. Impossible? Maybe...
Anyone else have this issue? From the very experienced folks, does it ever end?
