Most annoying commercial?

It's so nice not having a clue what you guys are complaining about! I can't get anything over the air, no cable (too far from the road) & I'm already paying enough for my satellite DSL, so I don't see much TV.

The last commercial I saw too much of had some duck yelling ANTHRAX! at people.

Someone tell david_42 that it's "Like a Rock" and not "Like Iraq".

Not looking forward to the Hate for this commercial (that's no longer running?) to be supplanted by Mellencamp.

OK, I'm absolutely SICK of the Chevy commercial with the John Cougar Melonstand song. Which commercial are you most sick of?

Have you noticed there's a white-bread-down-on-the-farm-no-black-people version and then there's a MLK version?

I see more Hispanic's in Chevy Trucks here. I'm sure this version will appear after the elections.

"Du-umb." The first time I saw that I wasn't even sure that's what JJ really said. The 2nd time I saw it, I laughed my ass off. The Man-Law commercials are really good. I liked their referee commercials from last year too.
I also agree on the elephant/centipede commerical.

I bust a gut first time I saw that commercial... that's a good one.

As for the Chevy commercials, they already drove SWMBO nuts during the World Series, and FWIW they ran the Hispanic version as well, so it's out there...

I work with radio commercials all day long so the majority of them are a tune-out for me...

And for the record, it's "That's Allstate's Stand" NOT "That's Allstate STAN"... I wondered for a week who the $%&* STAN was....

Man-law commericals are definately cool. Actually, I think Miller's done a pretty outstanding job on their advertising these past few years, much better than Bud. Doesn't make their beer any better, but at least they give me a chuckle.

I like the Bud radio commercials real men of genius series (most of them anyways). Mr Fantasy Football Manager Guy hits a bit close to home and makes me feel like a dork .

We used to have radio commercials with this HORRIBLE jingle..

"When you buy a used car...
From a new car store..."

I could never make it past that part. I stopped listening to the radio because I hated it so much.

I'm also sick of the "Blue liquid" commercials. Neither my kid nor my wife ever leak blue liquid. It's so nice, pretty and clean in the ads as opposed to reality. Why do toilet paper commercials always brag about absorbency? I could care less how absorbent it is, I want clean hands!

My daughter (22 months) JUST started doing that EXACT noise when the commerical comes on. The commercials suck, but hearing her parrot "Woo hoo!" is just about the funniest thing ever.

You know, another campaign I'm kinda against is the Axe body spray campaigns. Those things smell good and they're cheap, so I like having them on-hand for times when I have a meeting or something, but I feel guilty buying them because the marketing makes it seem like I've bought into the "Girls will want me" thing instead of just the "I need to smell presentable" reason.

Christmas commercials before Thanksgiving. I really hate the one Christmas commercial I saw on Halloween.

My hatred extends to the stores as well. I remember when no store would put Christmas stuff out before Thanksgiving. Now its in the stores a week before Halloween. WTF?

No, but I remember seeing/hearing a "Hammer" SOB commercial in upstate NY. Also for upstate NY people, what about Fucillo Auto Mall? It's HHHHUUUUUGGGEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!
That guy Tom Parks (I think that's his name), not the fat annoying guy but the "host" of the commercial, he does ads for other dealers too, I saw him on a commercial when I was in Florida.

Those "Fitness Made Simple!" commericals are annoying as hell, mostly because it's a terrible song but catchy as f*ck. I has also jealous as hell that HE had his own theme song, so I complained to my wife. She had a friend of hers write and record me my own theme song (it was my father's day present), so now I'm not jealous anymore.

The commercials are still annoying, though.

eh, it's hard to understand the lyrics, in part because it's written to a Tom Waits tune and in part because it's not a great recording. I know the wife has got the lyrics somewhere (there are a couple of lines I can't even make out).

For any Tom Waits fans out there, they morphed "Murder In The Red Barn" (a name I'm going to use when I get around to making an aggressively hopped red ale) to "Father of a Red Head" (even though my daughter's really only strawberry blond, not really a redhead).

I'm gonna have to disagree with some, I absolutely hate:

The stupid man law commercials.
A has-been actor with so much plastic surgery done to his face that he has no business calling himself a man any longer and a group of "never-was'es" and "who the hell are they's"! Sick of 'em! And now they are running them on the radio and they're even worse, if you can believe that!

They're just dumb and unfunny. But that guy does look like Val Kilmer.

Also, I don't know who or what they are for, but my #1 most hated ad is the one with the little girl standing next to an elephant whipsering "it's the mirrors". When I see those ads I want a mouse to scurry in and scare the elephant, causing it to violently stampede, crushing the little moppet into a pile of blood, hair and goo.

And the Budweiser rubber floor ads - a companion piece to the stupid 'magic fridge' ad.

I agree with the comment about the camera but I find those commercials to be very funny. I would never buy a Mac unless it was heavily discounted or a gift. I don't expect either anytime soon.
